About Us

At Witham BB, we know how important it is to look after our planet for future generations. We are proud to care for a small piece of our countryside, which is dedicated to teaching young people how to safeguard what we have. Peter’s Vale Recreation, Camping & Conservation Centre is an 18 acre site made up of 11 acres of woodland and a 7 acre field. We use the land to educate young people in a variety of practical and conservation skills.

At Peter's Vale we believe in using the magic of the wilderness and rugged nature to transform and empower people's lives. As a society we have become disconnected from our natural roots and at Peter's Vale we aim to reconnect people with the wilderness and natural spaces.

Our aims include using the magic of the great outdoors to harness and develop young people's skills allowing them to grow in a safe unspoilt environment whilst completing activities that are both enjoyable and fullfilling.

Peter's Vale and the Witham BB work with a number of other organisations to help preserve and protect wild spaces.
